🚨 African Dance Academy Registration Terms & Waiver of Liability – Youth Participants 🚨

By registering for the African Soul International Dance Academy (Fall 2025) on behalf of a minor, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to the following terms:

Participation Risks

All classes involve physical movement and activity. By registering your child, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for any injury, illness, or health-related issues that may occur during participation.

Waiver of Claims

You agree to waive any claims against African Soul International, its instructors, or staff for injury, illness, or damages sustained by your child while participating in any session or event.

Supervision

All youth participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while on premises, unless prior arrangements have been made with ASI staff.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your child follows all instructions provided by instructors or staff during classes.

Refund Policy
